The art of the Extruder Ready Recycled Processing micro-plant (ERRP) is its process to
crystalize, wash, chip and dry the rPET in order that it can be extruded on site. In addition,
rPET in its unwashed state does not meet most environmental protection requirements for
transport across international boundaries. The ERRP washes the rPET so it is crystalline, and
free of contaminants and pathogens.

ERRP Machine:

Plastination of plant fibers to make concrete stronger.
Our patented technology will create infrastructure by using plastic waste: creating jobs and cleaning the planet.

Meet BETI
The Bogyo Environmental Technology Institute (BETI) is NZE’s mission-driven, not-for-profit partner. Registered as a Canadian charity, BETI takes our patented plastination science out of the lab and into the world’s coastal and underserved communities. The institute funds open-access research, trains local operators, and deploys containerised micro-plants that up-cycle plastic waste into climate-resilient building materials. By pairing rigorous materials science with 90 years of humanitarian expertise, BETI turns each sponsored micro-plant into a catalyst for jobs, cleaner coastlines, and low-carbon infrastructure—proving that circular innovation can start at the community level and scale globally.
